According to the statute OO “Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union” there are following acting authorities in the organization:

• Conference;
• Board;
• President

Conference is the highest goevrning body and gathered by the Board at least once in a year. Conference has a legal force only if not less the half of the organization's members are present at it. Conference's decisions are taken by simple majority of voices of the members that are present. The conference also approves the Board.

In a period between Conferencesthe activity of organization is managed by the Board and the Board is the key leading authority.
The head of the board – President, who is elected by the Board every three years. So far as the Board and the President de facto realize all the functional on development and managment of organization, we would like to step back form the ofiicial tone and describe with «alive» human language, to be more precise young team of professionals who created and developing OO  “Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union”.

As is known purely juridically all companies and organizations – it's just pile of papers that are quietly kept in a safes of their founders. Impersonality of administrative forms facilitates conducting os statistics and reporting. But hardly promotes the building of transparent, trustful relations between organization and the auduience it was created for. Taking into account all the above mentioned we would like to step out from behind the scenes of our logo and to introduce you the team of real people, who create and develop the project  “Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union”. 
So...

Savchenko Elena Vladimirovna (in the cenre on photo) – the heart and soul of our organization and at the same time its President. It is she who became an ideological inspirer  of creation of professional community, that would take care and support its members;
Would provide highly professional psychological help to population and also help to increase the level of  «psychological literacy» and awareness of society. 

(Psychologist, psychoanalyst, certified training analyst and supervisor of European Confederation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies. Long-standing clinical (more than 15 years) as well as teaching and managerial (10 years of work in International Institute of Deep Psychology, 6 years of which at the position of first vice-rector) experience.

Savchenko Nina Vladimirovna – The member of Board and at the same time responsible secretary and right hand of President in all organizational issues. Curiously enough that they have the same second name and patronymic, but it’s an accident – they are not sisters. Nina is a person whose moto could sounds like this “ Everything is possible and all impossible just needs a little more time”. To start consulting centre from scratch within two weeks, beginning with arrangement on rent and up through delivery of new furniture – it’s all about Nina.  In so doing 14 days seemed to her like outrageously long period of time. Nina – it’s “Bugatti Veyron engine” although there is another question who will cope with everything faster;)

Kaizerova Angelina Vladimirovna – the Member of Board, at the same time director of consulting centre and social project’s coordinator. She is the person who even at 4 AM will take your phone call if you need help. She easily fixes any problems and turns difficult situations into simple and acceptable.

Stetsura Denis Aleksandrovich – the Member of Board and at the same time our technical director. Without him all ideas would stay just ideas as only he knows how to tune technics for it to be “your friend not an enemy”, how to prepare some location for event and how to technically solve any problem even the one that can’t be solved technically in theory.

Ushakov Andrey Valerievich – The member of Board, at the same time foreign relations director, coordinator of educative courses and events. His majesty tranquility and balance, he harmonizes all unrests in the organization.
