User Agreement

Organizer: NGO "Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union"

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the terms of participation in the seminar organized by the UPU (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and the use of materials provided as part of this event.
By paying for participation in the seminar, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") automatically agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1. The User receives access to the online seminar on the specified date and/or to the video recording for a period of 3 months (if provided).
1. The Organizer provides educational materials exclusively for personal use.
2. Copyright

2.1. All seminar materials (video, audio, presentations, texts, methods, etc.) are the intellectual property of the Organizer.
2.2. Any copying, storage, transfer, posting in public access or other use of materials without the written permission of the Organizer is prohibited.
2.3. In case of copyright infringement, the Organizer reserves the right to go to court and demand compensation.
2.4. It is prohibited to use the seminar materials for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Organizer (including creating your own courses or publishing materials in the public domain).
3. Confidentiality

3.1. All personal data provided during participation are stored in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection and are not transferred to third parties without the consent of the User.
3.2. All statements of participants in the chat or orally during the seminar are confidential.
3.3. It is prohibited to record or distribute the discussions of participants without their consent.
4. Medical warning

4.1. The seminar is exclusively educational in nature and is not a medical or psychotherapeutic service.
4.2. The information received at the seminar does not replace professional consultation with a psychotherapist, psychiatrist or doctor.
5. Refund

5.1. After providing access to the seminar recording, no refund is provided.
5.2. If the User was unable to attend live, he/she will be provided with access to the recording (if available).
6. Technical conditions

6.1. The User is responsible for having an Internet connection and technical means for viewing.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for communication interruptions on the part of the User.
6.3. The User undertakes not to transfer access to third parties.
7. Rules of conduct

7.1. The User undertakes to respect other participants and avoid aggressive or reprehensible behavior.
7.2. In case of violation of the rules of conduct, the Organizer has the right to restrict access without refund.
8. Technical recording and consent

8.1. Participation in the seminar provides for the possibility of technical recording (audio/video) by the Organizer.
8.2. The User automatically agrees to this recording.
9. Possible changes

9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the seminar program, time or composition of lecturers for good reasons.

11. Consent to data collection and processing

22. 10.1. I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data (name and e-mail) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" on the condition that they are not distributed to third parties.

10. Agreement with the Agreement

23.11.1. The fact of payment is confirmation of the User's agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

11. Dispute resolution

24.12.1. All disputed issues are resolved through negotiations.

25.12.2. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, it shall be subject to consideration in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.
