Clinical Practice Development Committee
BYLAWS OF THE COMMITTEE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF CLINICAL PRACTICE WITHIN THE
UKRAINIAN PSYCHOANALYTICAL UNION
1. The Committee on Clinical Practice Development within the Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union focuses its work on:
- developing and approving criteria, rules, and requirements for the clinical practice of the Organization’s specialists within the UPS;
- assisting beginning practitioners in launching their clinical practice within the framework of UPA projects;
- negotiating and concluding agreements with organizations and communities that require assistance from specialists in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytically oriented therapy;
- monitoring practitioners’ compliance with the rules and requirements for clinical practice within the UPA.
2. The Chair of the Committee is appointed by the Conference of UPS Members.
3. The composition of the Committee is determined by the Chair of the Committee and approved by the President of the UPS.
4. The work and decisions of the Committee are subject exclusively to the President of the UPS.
5. Disputes, such as those involving expulsion, may be referred to the UPS Conference for resolution.
6. Committee meetings are convened by the Chair, the President, or as needed, but no fewer than three times a year.
7. The Committee’s work is governed by the norms and rules of the Code of Ethics and the UPS Charter.
