The Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union is the only organization of specialists that operates its own online professional platform, “UPU Center,” where you can select a specialist for collaborative work (analysis, therapy, or consultation). Only specialists who are officially licensed to practice, meet all professional training standards, and have completed their own therapy work on the UPU platform. All specialists are under the regular supervision of certified professionals.

In these difficult times, it is especially important not to face your emotions alone. Each of us may feel anxiety, fatigue, confusion, or pain. And it’s perfectly normal to seek support.
